Use of this website is subject to these Terms of Use.

Pricing

  • All prices and fees are in Australian dollars
  • There is no GST charged at the moment.
  • All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
  • Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.
  • Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
  • We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.

Delivery Costs

We are currently only taking orders to be posted within Australia. Postage fees are $7.00 per order no matter how many books are purchased.

Orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details.

We usually ship within 14 days and use Australia Post to deliver to your doorstep.

Delivery Delays

Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If there is a complication with an order, auscrimebooks will refund purchase cost upon return of goods in mint condition. Refunds will be made by way of a cheque or eft.

Where the original payment was made by cheque or money order, please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed.

We can also refund the original cost of goods plus the initial delivery charge to the original credit card used to place the order or refund the mutually agreed return postage charges to the same credit card

No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and Auscrimebooks. Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.

There are a number of Australian laws in pertaining to fair trading and privacy including the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (with Amendments in 2000).
